Biography

Ms. Garcia was born and raised in Miami, FL. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Florida. She later moved to the Pacific Northwest to attend Seattle University School of Law, earning her Juris Doctorate through their evening program as she worked full time. Prior to joining Schlemlein Fick & Franklin PLLC, Ms. Garcia was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for both Snohomish and King Counties in their criminal divisions where she worked on violent felonies. Having chaired over 25 trials, her experience as a prosecutor uniquely qualifies her to effectively identify and solve legal issues in different practice areas. Ms. Garcia is fluent in both Spanish and English languages.
