Professional Overview
Ms. Lovejoy was admitted to the Washington State Bar in December of 2011. She has been an attorney at Schlemlein Fick & Franklin, PLLC since the firm was established in January 2012.
Colleen's practice focuses on real estate and commercial litigation. Ms. Lovejoy has litigated many cases, including title disputes, easement disputes, homeowner association law, landlord tenant law, land use, timber trespass, lateral support claims, defamation, product liability, trust and estate disputes, medical and veterinarian malpractice, business torts, breach of contract, maritime law, as well as personal injury and premises liability matters. Ms. Lovejoy also has significant experience in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Colleen is an editorial board member of the WSBA Real Property Section Newsletter. Colleen also volunteers for the King County Bar Association Kinship Care Solutions program, where she provides legal services to caregivers seeking minor guardianships.
