Brent L. Nourse specializes in construction law and litigation, government contracts, alternative dispute resolution and real estate disputes. Brent has represented contractors, public owners, private owners and design professionals. Before practicing law, Brent worked in the construction industry starting in the trenches on utility contracts, working his way up to project manager for Robison Construction, Inc. on large complex civil projects. Brent has managed, among other things, tunnels, utility contracts, site development, mass excavation and waste water treatment facility projects. Brent relies upon his 10 years of practice and his previous industry experience when counseling clients, providing assistance from general risk management, project management, conflict resolution and litigation where necessary.
In addition to the practice of law, Brent is a Director and U-19 Head Coach for the Eastside Lions Youth Rugby Club, a 501(c)(3) organization that uses rugby as a vehicle to provide local youth with wellness counseling, lifestyle coaching and supplemental education support; and subsidizing the cost of participation for at-risk and low-income youth. He also coaches his two sons’ soccer teams, helps his daughter participate in drama and music and enjoys hiking, running and weekend recovery with his wife.
