Mr. Kastner has over 20 years’ experience representing clients in a wide
array of real estate and business matters, including transactions,
litigation, real and personal property foreclosures, commercial
collections, and construction. He has extensive experience in
bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation, with an emphasis on creditor’s
rights, and has represented secured and unsecured creditors, and
landlords, in numerous local and regional bankruptcy cases.
