Ms. Goetz’ practice focuses on employment law (including the drafting, negotiating and enforcement of confidentiality and non-competition agreements) as well as real estate and construction law. Ms. Goetz has been a speaker at various continuing legal education seminars regarding commercial landlord tenant issues, as well as to various trade organizations, such as the local chapters of the American Society of Heating and Refrigeration Engineers (ASHRAE) on her "Top Ten Tips to Avoid Lawyers." A competitive swimmer in college, Theresa maintains the desire to win and uses this to obtain the best results for her clients.
A former record holder in the 200 backstroke at Washington State University, Ms. Goetz is still an avid (albeit slower) swimmer, and enjoys gardening, gourmet cooking and downhill skiing in her spare time.
